Changes and refunds follow Alilauro's conditions: 90% of the fare is refunded up to 10 days before departure, 50% up to 2 days before, nothing in the last 48 hours; special fares can only be changed. For Alilauro tickets bought here, ask for changes or cancellations from "My booking": our staff reply by email and make the refund within 30 working days. For other operators' tickets, contact whoever sold them to you.

Alilauro's conditions of carriage apply. In short:

• hand luggage (up to 50×35×20 cm and 9 kg) is included in the ticket
• larger suitcases, extra bags, bicycles and pets carry a supplement: add it when you book, if the sailing allows, or pay it at the ticket office or at boarding
